Can we look at a service like TinEye to automatically detect fake photos lifted from porn sites, and take automatic action?

The mods have a number of tools including reverse photo lookup. If you spot any that slip through the net, you can review and we'll take another look

But just because a photo is "elsewhere" it doesn't automatically mean the profile or photo is "fake"
