Am i the only one that thinks the desktop site could offer a 'near me' feature as well as on the mobile site?

For instance say you were on your laptop or tablet or something in a cafe or something, and connected to wifi without phone signal.

You could check for users near you without having to move around trying to get phone signal.

You can switch to the mobile site on your laptop and do that already
