We have the same issue with the South East "area". People in South East but hours away, because it's such a broad area.
The problem is, if you divide the country into counties instead, you end up missing out on meets that are just over the county border, for us, that would include London and Essex... Also some counties are much larger than others so even then the issue can end up replicated.
It's a tough call to make how to divide the country into sensible "areas". |

east midlands covers a mahoooosive area on here, been so many requests to admin to "trim it down"
it seems to cover most of yorkshire, norfolk, cambs etc. etc.
it really does need looking at as when you do a search, you can find someone in east mids and they end up being 150 miles away.
please admin, take a closer look at this.

easy, just search in the surrounding areas like when you do a postcode search or meet request.
but the areas do need to be made smaller |

Yes we have noticed some areas such as Ipswich which in our mind is down south in Anglia but East mids covers an area that is not east mids dont think the admin peeps on fab realise |
