when we get a friend invite we click to except and when the page refreshes the invite has gone

why is this ???

Because it is no longer an invite and you have accepted the friends request and they will now be in your friends list!

what if the user has already left the site in between the time of sending the invite then realsing he's not easily going to get free porn?
