fab web page acting oddly

my webpage keeps telling me I have 2 unread messages and when I click on it it goes back to messages I received yesterday....also when I try to access who has looked at me, it hasn't updated since last night...I pay a subscription for this benefit so if it isn't working can I have a refund please?

Try clearing temp internet files, cache, etc. and restart browser

PS - Maybe nobody has looked since last night!

If in doubt try another browser, sounds like something has cached on your local machine
