if you're friends with them as soon as you block them a friends request is automatically sent.....I don't think its them sending it, I think its the system doing it in case you blocked accidentally. |

It's probably this, a bug. We'll fix.
When you have someone blocked they cannot FR you. Let us know examples by CONTACT link if you see different
