No you can't in chat you are viewing it in HTML 5 and you need flash to broadcast in the rooms at the moment and the iPad does not support flash |

Photon still won't allow you to broadcast your cam, because if how it works it does not install flash on your iPad it allows you to watch flash content via a server so this won't help you broadcast
