We've noticed that the site is a bit slow at super busy times recently. We know what is causing this and we'll be making changes within the fortnight to ensure it is super-quick again.
Please bear with us in the meantime, we are working hard behind the scenes on getting the fix live ASAP.

As a quick performance win to try and improve things immediately, we've made a change so if you have over 12 photos public on your profile, only the first 12 are displayed on your profile page. The rest are still viewable on your gallery (and a new link says just that).

Hopefully yes! Get them to use contact form give us feedback if they don't like though would be useful to judge how awful this change is
