Problem with Chat,help please.

Hi, I have just had to re format my pc and reinstall windows xp. This was done ok.We can get into chat and others can see us but when we type and send nothing comes up on the screen.IS there anything else i need to download to get this to work,Help us please!!!!

Delete temp internet files + cookies and reboot your PC, and then try again.

Userplane seems to work better with Firefox too.

have you got the most recent flash player?

Also, make sure you haven't blocked yourself. Go into your account and then on the left hand list there is a block list .... check to see if you are on there.

LOL, No we have not blocked ourselfs but did check! Thanks you 4 ur help.I think its flash player.Will update and try again.

We have no idea how to use chat, it looks like a thousand people talking at the same time, we have spoke to a lot of people about it and they have said the same..good luck
