Your having a laugh aren't you.
I agree site supporters should get feedback seeing as we pay to keep site running, seems admin disagree with that |

Why can't we get our money's worth??!
Pretty sure Admin have better things to do than reply to every report. |

It's not realistic though do you realise how many complaints they deal with each day? In addition to that there is moderating the chat rooms, dealing with the software and payment issues it's a massive undertaking and they do a damn good job.  |

Yeap.....i have reported numerous fake profiles of guys who have selected the wrong sex and pics of non people....the last one was of an empty hot tub.....is it a business advert....maybe I'll advertise my business..... |

You do get a message after you have reported.

They have moderators for chat and pics so yes they have time, poor customer service is what it is.

The mods on here are largely volunteers. How much do you pay for the other site you use? And how many users pay that amount too? Don't forget that not everyone who uses this site pays the whole £5 for 60 days usage. |

Oh yes I know that but if I've reported someone say in the morning, I don't expect to see it in the evening, if that makes sense (Sundays excluded lol) |

What purpose would specific feedback receive?
I've been emailled (once) regarding a specific report I made but I really wouldn't expect that if I report a picture or a status or a profile that is the wrong sex. The vast majority of times the outcome is obvious anyway |
