I know there has been a thread on this and has been closed but that was three days ago. I'm still not getting email notifications when i get messages - i was beginning to think no one loved me lol.
can we have an update please admin ? Ta |

If you're on btinternet as your mail provider, they have stopped accepting our emails.
There is nothing we can do about this. It may be that they start working again, but it's outside our control. Might be worth contacting them to explain the problem.
Email to googlemail tends to get reliably delivered so we would recommend that.

As a Googlemail user, I can confirm my notification emails are now being delivered ok from Fab (once the email notification glitch was rectified - thanks for sorting it "Admin"). Wonder what the reasoning is behind BTInternet blocking Fab emails?! |
