Site has been offline for around 30 minutes this-morning.

A normal software update got stuck and our procedure for making this right quickly also didn't work along the lines we hoped.

As always we'll be adding time to all site supporter passed to ensure no-one has lost out. In this case, we'll be adding two hours to all passes.

I am still experiencing problems. I click on something ie my messages, the page then says error so I have to click back and click my messages again and then I can see my messages. I am having to do this on everything though.

Delete your temp internet cache (varies depending on browser how to do this) and it will be OK
