nice to see that one feature is gauranteed support on site issues!? what exactly does that imply? that non paying members will not have gauranteed support? hmmmm....... or does it mean that even if in the wrong gold members get the gauranteed support?? needs clarification i think |

Unfortunately if we replied to everyone who contacted us we'd spend all our time doing that and none doing anything else, we get literally hundreds of contacts a day.

I think the whole GOLD and SILVER membership thing needs clarifying.
1. GOLD works out at £10.00 for a month with the phone call or text.
2. SILVER works out at £10.00 for a month with the phone call or text.
What about the month after do you have to pay it all again...£5.00 for a text or phone.
Why can't you do 3-6 or 12 month payments?

Where did you get those prices from? it's £5 for either 1 months Gold or 2 months silver, and u can extend at any time so if you wanted 6 months silver just text/call 3 times and stick the codes in the box. |
