We have had our profile hidden for some considerable time now, we have not mailed anyone yet someone has managed to mail us on here, how can this happen, any ideas? |

Just because your profile is hidden does not mean you can't be mailed, but you can set your filters so you can't be mailed by people you haven't already chatted to |

You comment on the forums a lot. Someone may have clicked your profile from there and decided to message you. Annoying I know, but I block all messages when I have my profile hidden to stop that sort of thing. |
