won't let me do a couple profile

Me and a fab girl who both have verified single profiles are trying to make a couple profile but this site won't let us why not we are two genuine fab partners with verified single accounts wtf is wrong with this site won't let genuine people like us do it but I know there are loads of fakes

Are you using a new email address as you can only have one account with one email address.

Because the site does allow it. The site won't allow you to verify yourselves from your own singles profiles though.
