Should all public pictures only be off the person/persons,whose profile it is..

Example So many Male profiles have many pictures of women in them...

I wouldn't worry a single guy who has more of other women than himself in pictures is shooting himself in the foot as its generally a turn off and hints at a lack of discretion.
