Anyone else had experience of having a spam email sent direct to their private (ie outside Fab) email address? All my permissions are turned off as far as I know to prevent this sort of thing and I've no idea who the other user is regardless. Certainly feels like spam but someone has managed to associate my fab username with my private email address.
Has there been a security breach? |

It's using my fab username in the email and sent direct to my private email address (the one that's attached to my account). It's not been given out to anyone else so there's no way that the two could be connected. All my email permissions are turned off and as the email address isn't classed as "verified" by the fab system, nothing so go there anyway.
Which all makes it very odd and suggests someone has managed to get a back door into the admin system. |
