There's a problem with images showing on the site at the moment
We're working on fixing this
And we'll be adding time to all site supporters to ensure no one loses out
We'll be providing updates in this thread, so non admin comments will be removed

We've made a couple of temporary minor changes:
1. when sending a private message, only the newest 10 photos you've added are available to attach
2. top/newest photos pages on site show 9 images rather than 15 per page
We will continue to monitor until we're sure everything is stable

Things are now looking better  .
While making the changes, as part of our test process, we left in some code which stopped private mails being sent. This said "hacking stop". This was live for around 4-5 minutes time 
We're changing our procedures to reduce the chances of this happening again.
We're adding 2 hours to all site supporter passes to ensure no one loses out because of the problems

PS. We're continuing to work on these issues behind the scenes to remove the temporary changes we've had to put in place

We have temporarily had to restrict the number of images being available to attach, to 10. Showing all the images was causing the site to break, because it is so busy.
We'll update here when this is back to normal - should be within 24hrs

can only send top 10 pics. which has ruled out my private pics. included in those are my face pics and someone has just sent a message to me requesting to see my face. and I cant show them.... 
other than that. everything else is fine. |

Why not just upload a face pic just now.. should be approved in a few mins and it will be in the 10 newest |

Easy enough to upload a new face pic... This will be approved in a few mins and then will be in the top ten newest pics |

as of this moment 12.30 am 3rd jan , can still only see top 10 images to send .
this is not much use , as all my face pics are the ones that have dropped off , and that makes things awkward when getting in contact with other members and you have no face pics to attach with email for them to see .
when will this issue be sorted out , as it makes using fab a lot more awkward and couild become complicated . |

Same here too...
Perhaps in future, an option to only show/attach private pics? Why would anyone send the public ones anyway????

We're now showing the latest 50 photos on the message page while we work on a more permanent solution

Now someone above mentioned the H word (hacking)
Now, to me, this problem just smacks of a band width issue....
Could you please put my/people's mind at rest on this....I for one would NOT be happy if it's hacking (pretty sure it's not)
