Fisting is in a legal grey area. Pictures and videos of fisting MAY be illegal under the new extreme porn laws. Exactly what is and isn't banned isn't spelled out in the law, so until a case comes to court and a precedent is set no one knows. I doubt Admin want to be that test case - it'll be expensive even if they win, and if they lose they'll face criminal liability for it. |
