We've had a gremlin and had to restart one of our critical servers. Site was slow and/or offline between 13:45 and 14:10
We'll be adding an hour to all site supporter passes to ensure no one loses out.
We're looking at what went wrong, and why, and how to prevent it in future.
We're also continuing to monitor the situation
