It now pops up on your home page if someone on your hotlist views your profile

Does this happen even if you have selected not to show on looked at list ?

We never use our hoist (just checked and it's definately empty) but we have a local notification that someone has looked at us?

I notice this tonight, just wonder what the point is if I can see them on my looked at list? Or is the home page 'who viewed you' specifically for non site supporters?

Looked @ me page shows everyone (bar those who opt out) who look at your profile.

Those highlighted on your "local updates" section on homepage/updates page are only those who are local and match your preferences (bar those who opt out)

Those highlighted on your "hotlist" section are only those who are on your hotlist (bar those who opt out)

So they're a subset of those on your looked@me page who are more likely to be of interest to you (being either local and matching your preferences OR being on your hotlist. The aim is to increase the chances of serendipitous happenings.
