We try to give an honest, 'warts and all' review on every club we go to. However, we recognise that that is based on what is almost a snap-shot perspective of one night/day and a lot can happen over a short period of time in the evolving life of a club.
How difficult would it be to introduce into the Club Listings and Reviews section the facility for the management of a club to answer points raised in a review?
Anyone who has used Trip Advisor to any extent will be familiar with this - and for a 'switched-on' management, it can be a very good marketing tool. It would also lend perspective and give added validity to the reviews posted, rather than simply having a long list of 'It's the best place on earth!' ones from people who go to the same club all the time - that type of review tells you very little in reality and doesn't let you form an objective view before choosing to go there or not.
What does anyone else think? Or even Admin..????

"They do sometimes I've seen it
We're happy for club management to respond on the club review sections.
Admin x"
Are they actively encouraged to? I have had two who have messaged me privately thanking me for my comments, but a couple where I have left constructive criticism (genuinely too) have been silent both privately and on their listing review string.
Just think the clubs are missing out on what could be some good PR if they use it right and recognise the value in addressing comments directly.

Management could not respond in an open forum in a lot of cases.
How would they respond to a review from someone that slated the club or its members.
You would just get "he said" "she said" arguments.
Some reviews are from people who have never even been in a certain club, yet choose to join in.
Just because they don't choose to respond to adverse comments doesn't mean management are not listening.
People do complain after they have left a club, when if they had raised the matter at the time,it could well have been sorted out there and then.
