Does anyone else think that you should only get the verified genuine tick if you have actually met another member in person??
I ask because for me seeing the tick on a profile where the user has only ever been observed masturbating via webcam does not prove that they are any more likely to turn up for a meet, if anything it has the opposite effect.
I feel that the verified flag should be sufficient to prove that the user is who they say they are and that the tick should only be issued once the person has actually met.

I take your point although I still believe someone hasn't really proved themselves as 'genuine' until they have turned up to at least one meet.
Perhaps there should be a new 'M' icon for those who do  |

In my opinion, cam-verifications are useful for females/couples, to verify that there is a female (i.e. not a fake profile).
But I will never cam-verify a single male profile... what could I say? "He says he's a man, and he looks like a man"? No woman/couple ever sets up a fake single male profile, so cam-verifications for single males are pointless.

You can confirm who has actually met people by looking to their verification status on the left. Which will tell you how many meet and how many webcam verifications they've had.
If they don't display this, despite having the Green Tick, then avoid them 
Verification testimonials disappear if the verifier closes/deletes their account. |
