I know it's been said before but I can't find it so I'm asking again. Why when a user leaves do their messages and forum posts remain with user no longer on site but their veri's disappear?? Would it be that difficult to leave those too?
I've lost a few recently and they were lovely  |

It has been said - but cant remember if admin has ever given a definitive answer.

I know other sites that not only delete the persons entire history, but they allow posters to remove their own threads whenever they want as well as their own posts properly.
Don't know why this site can't do the same to be honest  |

"Why don't you keep a copy of your verifications in word, then you can incorporate what those who have left into your profile "
If that was adopted by many you'd just end up with hundreds of site users effectively writing their own - and lose the value of the real ones! |

Removing posts from the middle of threads will leave it confusing. It's like on FB when you block someone it can look like someone's having a convo with themselves.
Also someone could write something rude/nasty etc then just delete it. Wouldn't work |

Maybe set it up so mods can see what your deleting and if you have the option to delete your own thread (not post). Then if people go way off subject or it gets out of control. The OP can delete it instantly. |
