I am wondering if they could have separate listings. Not sure how others feel but I think that there is a huge difference between tv and ts...

Is there any chance of this.

yeah I think the same/ split the TV/TS category into two.

I as a female find my self attracted to very sexy TS's but no offence i don't find TV's attractive.

Agreed on this too.We would love to meet a ts and be able to specify this on our profile rather than have everyone lumped into one category regardless of whether they are tv,ts or cd

yes i agree wholeheartedly a transexual, a transvestite, a cross dresser and a transgender are four different sexualities and should be treated as such.

"i think transgender is post op transexual innit but could me wrong, and transvestite and cross dresser similar but not cd always reminds me of a man in drag a tv seems to be a lot more feminine but i could be wrong"

A transsexual (which are the "convincing" ones you all seem to want) are men who are either trying to transition fully, or merely get the boobs and body but keep the dick. They tend to be the ones in porn.

Once they have had the op then any Trans prefix is lost and they become a woman (or man depending on direction on transition).

Transvestites like myself wear womens clothes with varying degrees of success. Some only behind closed doors, others like me happy being out. For the most part trying to look good and rather than act feminine, just try to loose some of the male affectations, the walk, soften voice slightly, dress better, loose the body hair etc.

Cross dressers usually have a fetish for wearing womens underwear/stockings and get a sexual thrill from it. In the vast majority of cases it's behind closed doors. Aside from the undies they will make no attempt to act fem.

There, hope that helps. Yes I hope there is some separation between us all. I don't like being put in the CD category, and when people realise that their fantasy of a pornstar TS meeting them is just that, a fantasy. Then I'll have a better time

'Transgender' is an umbrella term to cover HPW's, CD's, TV's, TS's and any other label you care to think of. In fact within the medical world the new description is 'gender variant'.

The difference between the various labels are subjective, though for me there is a distinct difference beween a TS and all the others. HPW's, CD's and TV's are men who dress in womens clothes to various degrees and for various reasons. Some do it for sexual kicks, others to relieve stress and a way to relax, some because they simply like the feel of womens clothes. Whatever the reason, underneath they are still male and act accordingly. When the clothes come off, they continue to be male. They have no desire to be female.

A transexual is someone who believes they were born into the wrong gender and has a desire to change and live as their preferred gender. This includes female to male, though male to female is by far the more common. Post-op is a TS who has had genital reasignment surgery, pre-op is one awaiting surgery, and non-op is one who choses not to have surgery for whatever reason or maybe can't on medical grounds. Whatever the label, all share the desire to live full time in their preferred gender.

I have tried to simplify things as best I can and hope it makes sense.

Finally, please don't confuse sexuality with gender. Trans people can be straight, gay, lesbian, or bisexual just like anyone else.

Transsexuals have a medical condition. Cd/ tv and all that are a fetish. Transsexuals must be legally treated as women. I’ve seen people fired on the same day for calling me a man. Im more than upset that someone changed our profile to MF. It’s a insult.

I think it would be useful to separate... So long as there's no chance to offend

I agree there are distinct differences between them and they deserved to stand alone as we do as single fems etc

I agree, a split would be a good idea.

Of course this wouldn't begin to cover people who are doing the whole genderqueer thing. One suggestion from a post-op transwoman of my acquaintance is that people could log themselves as male, female or other. Having a liking for cross-dressing or the like could be listed as a preferred activity; in much the same way as some list a liking for threesomes.

Oh, and another thing to remember, Not all transgendered folk go through with lower surgery. Not because they don't identify as their chosen gender but because that sort of surgery can be a tad chancy.

They never listen babe. Search "TV" or "TS" in the forums and see how many woman, men, couples, ts have all begged for them to be split. its offensive. It should be TS/TG and TV/CD. its so bad fabs the only site loosing TS Girls because of it as its not appealing to be clashed with dress up when we live our lifes as full time woman. xx

I agree that thay should be seperate catagorys. I am only a part time TV and I understand compleatly how someone who lives full time as a women would be offended to be called a TV.

Time for Fab to get with the times. TV and TS aren't the same thing, therefore shouldn't be lumped together.

So agree as a female who is attracted to TS's but not TV's. I know how they can be offended.
