profile problem

Can anyone help us?

We are a married couple and have had a couples profile on the site for a long time but it has now been changed to a single male and the wifes profile has gone? We have emailed to report the problem 3 times and no action.

Can anyone help?

if you read your profile and your last 2 valids - it might give you an idea.

Your profile, pics, username and most recent veris read as a male profile.

Admin will have reviewed your reports and decided that it is the correct classification but if you still feel this is wrong then contact them using the CONTACT link at the bottom of the page and ask them to have another look at it.
