I have just received a message from a 25 yr old single male which is outside my age filter and we have never exchanged messages before. How has this happened?

This can happen if:
1: You have been in contact with user before
2: User changes age after messaging you
In this case, given what you say, it must be #2. Block him and he will not be able to message you again.
Most times people change ages they are blocked from messaging within 24hrs. But there are ways to sneak around this. We're looking at stopping changing age on the site once registered
