I have them set not to receive messages from newbies or people with no public pics.. I am still getting messages from both. They havent messaged before nor have I replied too them in past.Can this be fixed ?

They are probably putting a photo public then messaging you then putting private.
We're looking at ways to improve how this works

I'm sure when I asked this before admin (or someone) said that an avatar counted as a pic even with no public pics. |
