We have attempted to upgrade our account twice now by text. Although our phone indicates the text has been sent we have still not been upgrades and the fee has not been removed from our mobile credit. Any advice! We appreciate we can upgrade by phone contact but has anybody got an idea what the cost will be from a mobile.
ps. our very first upgrade by text worked fine, cannot understand the reason why it won't let us repeat?  |
