Deleting Veris?!

Hey - if you write a verification for someone - can you then delete it from their wall?!

Only by blocking them can you remove your verification, they will however keep their little green tick

If you block them then they can't show it but no you can't delete it once sent.

why would you want to delete a veri. cos surely when you wrote the verification you meant it.

sometimes people show their true colours and aren't people you want to recommend to others .not that they don't want to meet you but prehaps be a bit stalky and have behaviour that is quite alarming .i know you can report them but very little is done .people rejoin etc.sometimes you do meet the odd nutter out there .thats life i suppose and i do know other people on here meet other people on us giving someone a veri cos lots of them have told us when we met them who they met previously its never black and white kitten xx

I verified a single male, then had to block him to remove my verification when I started getting abusive messages from his wife. Yes, 'he turned up and looked like his picture', but since the rest of his profile was a lie, I felt justified in removing my verification of him.

and sometimes it the person who sends abusive messages if you won't meet them as quickly as they want .poppyxx

I know poppy i been here since time began lol. I have been lucky i suppose cos i never meet unless have met them at one or two socials or maybe mates know them. but when u block them the veri goes from their profile anyway so all good in the end mwah pops
