We all have people on our block list, for what ever reason.
But think in the forums if you have a member blocked than like on the search engine You can't see them.
If should be the same on forums you can't see them or what they post.
It would cause less hardship and fewer rows.

It would also cause much confusion with disjointed threads that make no sense with posts of people you've blocked and that have blocked you not showing.
Perhaps it't niave to think people could just ignore the posts of those they have blocked.... thats generally what I do.. |

It's bad enough people hijacking threads to get around filters and confusing the flow of threads, it wouldn't work if you couldn't see the post of people you've blocked!
Just ignore them: easily done! |
