why can't I get a couples profile approved

been trying without success to get a couples profile with a friend on here who also has a single account and we just keep getting stuck on the pending approval page please somebody tell me why?  |

Each profile has to have a separate email address, so if you're trying to make a couples profile using an address you have already used (as a single) it won't work.
If this isn't the problem, then use the 'contact' button at the bottom of each page of Fab to ask Admin what the problem is.  |
