Lol I just came here to ask if it was broken. I hit block user from a profile and it came up blank and said I had to enter the user name...
So without seeing that the user is at the top of my block list I'll ask here... Does blocking on their profile and being sent to an empty block list still mean they've been blocked? |

Well if you hotlist before blocking, whilst hotlisted and not blocked you can still view the profile, once blocked whether hotlisted or not, you cant view the profile so what's different now?
What it really means is when someone is blocked they cant continue to 'stalk you', by hotlisting you and seeing when/if you're online. |

The block list tells you when and if their online though  "
