If you're with o2 and on blackberry and can't see images on the site it's because you need to age verify with o2. You can do this in an o2 shop, just walk in with ID (passport or driving license) and ask to age verify your phone or online

They also use o2 network. Ring giffgaff customer service ask to age verify
Or use wireless if at home
Or ditch the blackberry

On giffgaff, you can age verify yourself using the website. You just need the number from either your passport or driver's license and it takes upto 48 hours.
