Turning sound off in chatrooms.

I cant seem to turn the sounds off in chatrooms.

Is anyone else got this problem or is it just me.

Any suggestions on how i can fix it?

its just you , click on mute sound/mic, or turn volume down on ya phone/laptop/i pad etc
