Just buy masks. The masked ball type. They can look pretty, keeps you both anonymous, does not stop you doing what you want. The Lone Ranger type mask would be better for snogging/oral though.
Masks as suggested (maybe not chuckle brothers and definitely not Michael Myers) or just lower you cam if you are using a separate webcam (ie not the one on your laptop)
