Recently, I’ve noticed women have fobbed pictures on my profile but they have not come up as people who have viewed me. Is this possible for ladies to view, but not have their names recorded

They are in Ninja mode. You can turn off being seen by another user when you view their profile, loads of people do this,

If you go to privacy settings you can 'hide on looked at me'. It's not just women who can do this

When people who are on private visit, the number of visitors goes up but they don't appear on your list.
