Hide Profiles

Is there a way to hide profiles you know you're not interested in so you don't have to keep skipping through then?

I tried block, but they still appear in the lists.

Open to ideas!

Other than the block nope but you could use the drop down menu and leave a note for reference

If you have blocked them they don't appear in search results or local updates so I'm not sure how you are still able to see them?
