I’ve noticed that the site is getting a lot lot slower.
I will see that my photos have been liked but it’s sometimes another 10 minutes before the notification in updates is visible.
Also the location who’s near is so slow at updating. I can drive 30 miles before it actually updates and refresh is useless |

Hiya op
The answer to the second one, your device jumps from mast to mast each mast is only able to connect to so many so a user connection jumps around until it's able to find a mast that has space remember not all masts are by the network provider that you are using |

Who’s near uses location services on phone i.e. gps it’s not triangulating cell position |
