Videos stop halfway though?

Anyone else having problems watching vids? As if they are over a minute long they seem to be stopping before the end of the recorded vid?

There are lots of threads about this, the browser is always blamed, even the browers fab recommends have reports of the issue.

Its not logical that all of the browsers on different platforms across countless devices all develop the same issue and only affects fab....you'd think logically if it were the browser it'd affect other sites as well

Videos are limited to a minute. If an attempt is made to upload a longer video it cuts off at one minute. Clearly states this when you try to upload a video.

They seem to stop at 38 seconds mostly. Although not all, which is weird.
