Hi, please, could we get a group chat function so that people can join a private group and introduce themselves for socials and events. Many people use different things (WhatsApp, Kik, snap etc) making getting everyone in one place challenging and time consuming. It would be a great feature from both an event organiser and attendee perspective.
Thank you. Xx |

How socials with over a hundred guests find the time to send 100 messages to 100 people is beyond me.
Add in the spam algorithm and it's quite a challenge.
Maybe allow members to register as a social host profile and giving them this option would be a good idea?

We asked for this 10 years ago when we helped organise a camping weekend every year with over 100 people attending, so we could mass mail without having to copy n paste to each profile.....still waiting lol.

This would be fantastic now that event hosts can't send Telegram links and have to ask for user names etc instead.
What's the point of being a swingers site if the social side of swinging is made harder for private parties, organised socials, events etc |

Arrangements can be made via the meet section |

Guessing you've not tried to arrange a group social. |

Absolutely this. Ones and twos via the meets section is fine. Any more and it becomes a spreadsheet, copy and paste time wasting nightmare and that’s before the spam algorithm gets involved. |

The only way to sensibly manage multiple invites is off site. Chat apps, email, social media etc.
I'd prefer to use Fab, it gives host and guests a measure of "protection", unfortunately it's a lot of hard work and as you say.... the algorithm. |

It’s not just invites. It’s the information on the event, and enabling attendees to join and introduce themselves. The inability to add a link to the chat precludes moving others to a third party platform. There are also additional privacy and data concerns as well. |
