She has posted her photo-verification picture because her account was locked out(She hasn't been on it a while).She said it usually takes 10 mins to approve but she has been waiting 1hr 30 mins and it wont let her take another picture.

Ahh ok I'll tell her to be patient lol.Just wondering because if I remember mine only took 10 mins.

Get her to check the pic meets requirements can see hands and writing is readable etc
