"Stop offloading replies to mods and actually have a physical presence in the feedback section."
They do.
But if there's a simple answer that relates to something frequently asked or where there's clear cut rules then the Mods will reply, and sometimes close the thread.
Saves people hanging around waiting for any additional answer that won't be coming...... |
