Do you think we should be able to search for profiles by their email address ? X

No one knows our E-mail address that we joined with....do others give them out?
I think it could cause problems if you give them out to people, as they could request a password with it ( although they would need your password to that to access I suppose but who knows what people can do)
But...we don't use the same E-mail for that reason.  |

I know a few women on here that have deleted and started again due to unwanted attention from some users (blocking them didnt work)
Setting up again with same email would defeat this as the unwanted would find them easily....
The email account that I used to sign up is an active account that I use for other things, so giving it out has never been an option.... |

Why would you need to do that? 
Unless you feel like searching for 'straight' friends or those you interact with on - I don't know - bookface, for example?
Seems an odd and largely pointless idea otherwise. What's wrong with searching for profile names? Has worked for a few years so far? |

No I don't as I wouldn't want my inbox full of 'fancy some fun' messages, it was bad enough when mine was viewable on Facebook, never again |

Why give someone a direct line to your inbox? all you would have to do is p**s someone off by accident and your inbox would be full to bursting with spam messages. Leave it alone and use whats available |
