A profile I am I touch with off here via phone says they can’t me and I can’t see them ? It appears one of us is blocked however we have both cleared our block list ? Can anyone assist

Have one of you reported the other in the past for any reason?

If so admin sometimes put a block between you and you don't show on each others blocked list.

Maybe try blocking them and see if they appear on your block list then, If so unblock and see if that works.
