I'm trying to verify someone, but when I verify their profile, it does not verify them. What's up?

I've just replied on the same post on the site help thread. If they have filters set it can stop your veri. It might even stop it if you have filters set but I'm not sure on that one.

Hey Juliette. I can message them just fine, and I'm pretty sure their filter isn't blocking me (as we probably would not have found each other in that case).

But if they have changed their filters since you first started messaging then the filter will still block the veri.

The site will also not allow you to verify anyone sharing the same wifi connection - i.e. if you're both in the same location at the time you are trying to send your veri

I just asked him and he said his filter still includes me, and mine still includes him... So strange. Wish this site had customer support... haha
