Trouble posting video.

Is anyone familiar with the below error message at all?

“ We didn't recognise the upload as a video. Check you're uploading an image and not a video or some other file”

It’s the first time I come across such error when trying to post a video and have no idea what it means or how to resolve it. And before you ask, the answer is yes! It’s definitely a video!

Hi op

Try this clear your junk files for all your apps also go to storage files on your device and do the same clearing only junk files individually
