Not an issue ive come across , it might help to include your browser type or if ur using the app .
Have u covered the basics like clearing your browsers cache & using a different browser to see if the problem persists ?
Not sure what else to suggest , the videos are playing so its unlikely a codec or player issue |

The problems mostly caused by the browser so try a different browser just for the site like Firefox. I experienced this for several months even even the chat rooms and everything worked fine once I'd used a different browser temporary and kept checking back to see if my original browser was working
Check your app/play store see in the reviews if others are facing similar issues and leave yours so the development can check |

Clear your cookies and cache then uninstall and reinstall the browser... Mine started doing it as well and it's working fine now for me.... |
