cant get into chat

help i cant get into chat all im getting is connecting been connecting for 15 mins .. ive cleaned up my cookies, browsing history, tif and everything else also updated my flash player..im using IE7 and that is also upto date any suggestions

Try Firefox, it seems to work better with userplane.
