I’m curious about the process for photo verification.
Do the admins/owners check the verification photo against the other photos uploaded to the profile?
I ask this because I’ve seen photo-verified profiles which are using very obviously fake photos - a quick reverse image search proves this.
Not a huge issue and I won’t lose sleep over it, I’m just curious. |

I think it's unlikely that they'll check them against other photos. Mainly because the verification photo is going to be one of, if not the first images uploaded. So it's unlikely there will be much to check against.
I think the verification photo is mainly to ensure the correct type of account is used. |
